HAPPY EASTER! I hope you all are having a day filled with joy and celebration. Eric and I are going to church this morning, then cooking a meal of pork tenderloin, hash brown potato casserole, bread, veggies, and Easter eggs. As usual on holidays, we miss our families and hope you all are enjoying your Easter Sunday.
