Happy Fourth of July!
Hope you all are enjoying your day and celebrating our great country today. I love the Fourth of July, and I love being an American!
Eric and I are headed out to Coney Island this morning for the Hot-Dog Eating Contest, and we'll probably enjoy a hot dog or two ourselves, as well. Tonight the fireworks are going to be over the Hudson River, which is lucky for us because we should be able to see them by the park just a couple blocks away from our apartment. So, we'll take a blanket and a picnic (and maybe the dog!) and watch the show. Should be a nice day!
